This weekend, something extraordinary happened — and it all began with my favorite necklace.
I wear a stunning labradorite pendant almost every day. Its iridescent blues and shifting hues feel alive to me, like a mirror of transformation itself. This crystal has walked with me through so much personal growth, intuition, and awakening. But on this particular night, at a party where many were conservative Christians, my necklace sparked something even more powerful.
A woman I’d never met sat down beside me. Drawn by the labradorite, she told me, “That stone you're wearing… it’s so beautiful.” I smiled, and said, “It’s labradorite — the stone of transformation.”
That Opened the Door
She leaned in, curious. “How has it transformed your life?”
What unfolded was the kind of soul-to-soul conversation that makes you believe even more deeply in divine timing. She shared that she, too, was wearing labradorite. And like me, it had become a companion in her spiritual evolution. She had once been afraid of anything deemed "spiritual" — crystals, Reiki, energy work — because she had always been told these things were “wrong.” But something inside her had been shifting.
She said it clearly, bravely:
“My higher self was asking me for more.”
That one sentence moved me so deeply. This beautiful woman — a Jesus-loving Christian — had been in what she called the spiritual closet. Holding crystals like selenite and amethyst in secret. Feeling energy. Exploring frequency. And yet, alone in it all.
Until that night.
We talked about Jesus, intuition, awakening, and how we’re each being called to remember our gifts — not abandon our faith, but expand it. To reclaim the divine mystery. To trust the energy we feel pulsing through our hands, our hearts, our conversations.
That moment, that connection — it was the highlight of my weekend.
Since then, we’ve stayed in touch. We’ve texted. We’re continuing the conversation. I told her I would always be here for her — to talk, to witness, to walk alongside her as she opens even more to her own light.

It doesn’t demand belief — it simply invites you to feel.
